Medical Professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Dentists):
We will need the following information from you by March 15th:
• Team Forms (over on the right side of this page)
• Copy of diploma from medical college
• Copy of current state license
• Copy of Passport
• Passport Photo (in addition to Passport)
• Professional "Resume" as required by Nicaraguan government (Click here for form)
It takes 12 weeks to get approval from the Nicaraguan government for you practice medicine on the field, so this is why we require these so early. Please contact Ryan Ramey if you have any questions.

Nicaragua 2013: Colonia Rio Rama
We began our work in Nicaragua in 2005 when a small group from Cornerstone joined a team from First Baptist Church in Moore, OK, for a week-long, short-term, mission trip. For that small group of people, the impact that trip made on their lives would begin to permeate into the DNA of who Cornerstone is. In 2006, we formed our own team, and took 28 people to the third-world country of Nicaragua in hopes of making a difference. Our smallest team ever was sent to the village of El Madroño, a hardened suburb of the large city of Grenada. This year will be our 7th Cornerstone-led team to Nicaragua. We will be traveling to the village of Colonia Rio Rama, in the southern rainforest region of Nicaragua, where once again we will trust God in our calling to bring the hope of Christ to a hurting people.

Paperwork is due on or before March 15th, 2013. Please make sure you use the application in this packet. It is the 2013 revised application and earlier versions of applications will not be accepted.
